Labor & Employment Partner (Environmental/OSHA)

About the Role

Join a national labor and employment law practice as a partner focused on environmental and workplace safety matters. You will advise organizations on regulatory compliance and represent clients in permitting matters and challenges involving the EPA.

What You'll Do

• Advise clients on environmental and workplace safety regulations and compliance.

• Handle permitting matters and respond to challenges before the EPA.

• Support clients with legal guidance on environmental workplace safety issues.

What We're Looking For

• At least 10 years of experience practicing environmental law, with a focus on workplace safety regulations.

• Experience handling permitting and responding to EPA challenges.

• A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

• Experience at an AmLaw firm or boutique law firm.

• An established portable book of business appropriate for a partner-level role.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $200,000 to $350,000. Partner-track placement may vary based on practice profile and portable business. Visa sponsorship is not available.
