Labor & Employment Partner, Environmental/OSHA

About the Role

A national labor and employment law firm is seeking an experienced partner focused on environmental workplace safety. You will advise clients on compliance and represent them in permitting matters and challenges involving the EPA.

What You'll Do

• Advise companies on compliance with environmental workplace safety regulations.

• Handle permitting matters and respond to challenges within the EPA.

• Support clients on environmental issues connected to workplace safety.

• Build and grow a client practice as an income or equity partner.

What We're Looking For

• At least 10 years of experience practicing environmental law with a focus on workplace safety regulations.

• Experience handling permitting and responding to EPA challenges.

• Prior experience at an AmLaw firm or boutique law firm.

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• A portable book of business of approximately $500,000 for consideration as an income partner, or approximately $1 million for consideration as an equity partner.

• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Partner consideration is based on the portable book of business described above. Visa sponsorship is not available.
