LabWare / LabVantage LIMS Business Analyst
Duration: long-term contract
Location: Remote - United states
We are seeking an experienced LabWare / LabVantage LIMS/ELN Business Analyst to lead the harmonization of workflows and test methods while bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining and documenting detailed functional and non-functional requirements, including workflows, data models, and integration specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Harmonization: Analyze and harmonize laboratory workflows and test methods to streamline operations.
Requirements Documentation: Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Stories, and Use Cases to ensure clear and actionable specifications.
Collaboration:
Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, fostering mutual understanding and alignment of project goals.
System Design: Create detailed functional designs, including workflows, data models, and integration plans, to guide development and implementation.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Technical Expertise:
Experience with LabWare ELN and Method Execution modules is highly desirable.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with laboratory operations and best practices, including LabWare LIMS/ELN systems and their implementation.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
