Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility for some work from home. The Land Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor will conduct field surveys, including topographic and land surveys, using total station and other surveying instruments to collect accurate site data. The role includes preparing survey reports, site plans, and documentation for building and infrastructure projects, and coordinating with engineering and construction teams to ensure measurements and quantities are correct. Day-to-day tasks involve verifying levels, boundaries, and layouts, performing quantity take-offs, assisting in cost estimates, and monitoring material usage against project plans. The individual will also support compliance with local regulations and project standards, maintain organized records of survey data, and contribute to project planning and progress reviews.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Land Surveying and Surveying for construction and infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with Topographic Surveys and Building Surveying for accurate site assessments.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in operating Total Station and related surveying equipment and software.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical and numerical skills for quantity take-offs, cost support, and data validation.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant local regulations, standards, and construction practices in Saudi Arabia is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, site plans, and specifications, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Proficiency with survey and CAD or mapping software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS tools) is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct regular site visits in and around Makkah.
