Content Localisation Manager (French)
12 month Contract Remote/Hybrid Ireland

Our client, a leading international organisation, is seeking a French-speaking Content Localisation Manager to support the delivery of high-quality content and user experiences across French-speaking markets. This position offers the opportunity to work within a global environment, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure content is culturally relevant, engaging and aligned with business goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how French-speaking audiences interact with digital content, products and communications.

What you will be doing
You'll act as the go-to person for the French market, helping ensure content quality and consistency while partnering with internal teams and external vendors to deliver an excellent user experience.

Responsibilities will include:

• Driving the quality and effectiveness of French-language content
• Collaborating with global teams to support localisation initiatives
• Reviewing content performance and recommending improvements
• Providing linguistic and cultural expertise for French-speaking audiences
• Supporting content adaptation for different markets and customer groups
• Coordinating with external language and content partners
• Contributing to process improvements and localisation best practice
• Using insights, feedback and data to enhance audience engagement

What we are looking for

• Native or near-native French language skills with fluent English
• Experience working with French-speaking markets in a professional environment
• Background in localisation, content, digital marketing, language services or related functions
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience working across international teams and multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment
• A commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer experience and business objectives
