Large Group Coordinator I, II, or III DOE

Level I: Work from home within Arkansas, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. Preference will be given to current employees and candidates who reside in Arkansas, Idaho, or Utah.

Level II or III: Hybrid role (3 days/week in office) at our Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Portland, Vancouver, Renton, Medford, Burlington, Lewiston, Little Rock, and Springdale offices. Preference will be given to current employees and candidates who reside within a commutable distance from our Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Lewiston, Little Rock, and Springdale offices, or who are willing to relocate.

As a member of the Sales Support & Operations team, our Large Group Coordinator I, II, or III DOE manages onboarding and paperwork for new and renewing 101+ employer groups, analyzes benefit details, and provides administrative and technical support to sales, service, and downstream teams – all in service of creating an economically sustainable health care system.

What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

· Large Group Coordinator I would have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, such as sales and marketing, sales support, customer service, claims, membership or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Large Group Coordinator II would have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, such as sales and marketing, sales support, customer service, claims, membership or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Large Group Coordinator III would have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 5-7 years of experience in healthcare, such as sales and marketing, sales support, customer service, claims, membership or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Attributes:

Level I

· Demonstrated ability to use MS Office and other corporate software, with comprehensive knowledge of Underwriting and Marketing guidelines.

· Comprehensive knowledge of health insurance products, new industry developments (e.g., Healthcare Reform), sales processes, terminology, and operational flow.

· Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across cross-functional departments (e.g., Group Services, Underwriting, Product Build, Claims, Membership, ASO Unit).

· Demonstrated knowledge of the Configurator Tool process, including in-depth knowledge of large group benefit plans and benefit documents.

· Demonstrated experience recognizing problems and resolving complex issues.

· Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines while working under pressure and handling multiple projects or group activities simultaneously.

· Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired.

Level II & III

· All level I requirements, plus:

· Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills to plan and delegate large group functions as needed.

· Proficient skills in the creation and proposal design of RFPs for large, complex 101+ fully insured and ASO accounts.

· Strong relationship and leadership skills to motivate and inspire co-workers.

· Ability to facilitate internal or external discussions to manage questions, resolve issues, or finalize decisions related to quotes and new/renewal group onboarding.

· Levels of this job description are in relation to the levels of complexity and size of groups that are worked. Highest level of complexity and member count would be assigned to Level III staff.

What You Will Do at Cambia:

Level I

· Responsible for all internal sales and service operations for new and renewing 101+ fully insured and ASO accounts; provides administrative support to Sales and Account Executives and serves as liaison between internal departments to support overall sales and growth goals.

· Reviews benefits, contracts, and prior carrier documents to support quote preparation; ensures legislative mandates and benefit changes are reflected in the configurator tool for Underwriting, coordinating with Sales/Account Executives, Underwriting, and the Customization Team for accuracy.

· Prepares quotes for timely submission.

· Manages implementation/onboarding for new and renewal groups, including communicating processes to external parties, hosting conference calls, and tracking timelines to ensure accurate, timely activation of benefits and premiums.

· Ensures system configuration, benefits, claims processing, and eligibility are set up to plan design, coordinating required forms (Group Master Application, GAF, Group Structure Form, Rate Sheet, ASC/Stoploss Contracts, Vitality, etc.).

· Prepares and coordinates enrollment eligibility files, including reviewing/formatting carrier files for correct autoload into Facets and coordinating processing with other departments.

· Creates group-specific welcome letters and packets and coordinates print/delivery.

· Requests post-sale information to finalize plan documents (SBC, SPD, ASO amendments); reviews drafts for accuracy and coordinates printing/delivery.

· Tracks groups end-to-end, identifies and approves needed customizations (custom ID cards, EOBs, networks), and monitors all processes for timely delivery.

· Answers day-to-day operational questions (quoting, customization, ACA/legislative changes, membership, billing, eligibility) and handles technical/system and process issues.

· Supports Sales/Account Executives with health and benefit fairs as needed.

Level II

· All level I requirements, plus:

· Supports large group 101+ and ASO accounts, primarily standard fully insured groups with added programs/vendor arrangements and smaller, less-customized ASO groups.

· Assists with coaching, mentoring, and training team members; acts as a resource for process questions, trains new employees, and handles elevated issues.

· Leads internal review, creation, and preparation of RFPs for 101+ fully insured/ASO clients, including assigning and tracking inquiries, developing documents (Benefit Deviations, Implementation Plan), and assembling final quote presentations; does not include direct client communication regarding quotes.

· Ability to facilitate internal and external discussions to manage questions, resolve issues, and finalize decisions on quotes, new sold business, and renewals for onboarding.

Level III

· All Level I and II requirements, plus:

· Responsible for the highest level of complexity and largest member counts among assigned groups.

· Advanced proficiency in managing complex 101+ Fully Insured and ASO accounts, including the most intricate RFP creation and proposal design.

· Demonstrated leadership in planning, delegating, and coordinating large group functions across teams.

· Ability to serve as a subject-matter resource and lead facilitation of high-stakes internal and external discussions.

Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.

Level I

· National pay structure — applies to the Boise, Portland, Salem, Seattle/Renton/Tacoma, Burlington, Vancouver, Lewiston, and Salt Lake City metro areas: The full hourly range is $28.80 - $47.00 per hour, and the bonus target is 6%.

· Regional pay structure — applies to Arkansas, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Utah locations outside the metro areas listed above: The full hourly range is $26.00 – $42.30 per hour, and the bonus target is 6%.

Level II

· National pay structure — applies to Washington, Oregon, and the Boise, Lewiston, and Salt Lake City metro areas: The full salary range is $66,000–$108,000, and the bonus target is 8%.

· Regional pay structure — applies to North Dakota, Arkansas, and to the Idaho, and Utah locations outside the metro areas listed above: The full salary range is $59,000–$98,000 and the bonus target is 8%.

Level III

· National pay structure — applies to Washington, Oregon, and the Boise, Lewiston, and Salt Lake City metro areas: The full salary range is $72,000–$119,000, and the bonus target is 10%.

· Regional pay structure — applies to North Dakota, Arkansas, and to the Idaho, and Utah locations outside the metro areas listed above: The full salary range is $65,000–$107,000 and the bonus target is 10%.
