LATAM Cost Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated finance professional to join our Finance Operations team as a LATAM Finance Operations Supervisor , supporting manufacturing operations across Latin America. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a regional costing team, partner with manufacturing and business leaders, and drive financial excellence across multiple countries and business units. Main Responsibilities Cost Accounting & Financial Control Lead costing and inventory accounting activities across Latin America manufacturing operations. Ensure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, standard cost calculations, and annual cost roll processes. Analyze manufacturing and inventory variances, including: Material usage variances Purchase Price Variances (PPV) Labor variances Production efficiency variances Inventory revaluation impacts Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities related to costing and inventory. Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal control requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, Inventory Accounting, FP&A, or related finance functions. Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment. Experience leading projects, processes, or teams. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
