PharOS is seeking for a Launch Coordinator within the Supply Chain department as follows:
Role and Responsibilities
- Owns and drives the end-to-end communication flow across clients, CMOs and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project launches, proactively identifying risks and coordinating mitigation actions.
- Acts as the central point of coordination for launch activities, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment between Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, QA, Planning, Procurement, Business Development and external partners.
- Facilitates effective stakeholder management by establishing clear expectations, driving accountability, and ensuring timely decision-making across all parties involved in launch projects.
- Leads project management activities for assigned launches, ensuring project plans, milestones, dependencies and critical paths are continuously monitored and communicated.
- Develops, maintains and communicates launch status updates, highlighting risks, constraints, key decisions, and escalation points to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Challenges assumptions, analyzes complex situations, and applies critical thinking to identify practical solutions that support launch success while balancing operational, regulatory and commercial requirements.
- Escalates launch-critical issues proactively, ensuring visibility to management and stakeholders while driving resolution through structured action plans:
- Liaises with the QA to confirm that the Technical package has been sent properly and the first production and packaging records have been reviewed prior to launch
- Monitors the API & rest materials’ needs for the launches, in consultation with the Planning team
- Liaises with the Regulatory department to receive visibility on pending launches through ongoing registration procedures, but also on pending variations which are considered as launch critical
- Reviews and interprets supply agreements with customers and CMOs to ensure launch execution aligns with contractual obligations and supply requirements.
- Drives regular cross-functional meetings and follow-up actions, ensuring alignment, transparency and accountability among all project stakeholders.
- Ensures all activities are executed in compliance with GMP standards, regulatory requirements and internal company procedures.
Experience & Qualification
- Academic background in a relevant field
- At least three (3) years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with demonstrated accomplishments in Supply Chain, Project Management and/or Operations. A project management certification will be considered a plus.
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional projects in a complex business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate alignment and drive decisions without direct authority.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
- Experience handling escalations, resolving conflicts and navigating ambiguity while maintaining project momentum.
- A good understanding of RA, QA and manufacturing principles for Pharmaceuticals
- Excellent English oral communication and writing skills
- PC literacy. ERP Knowledge (Microsoft BC/SAP) will be considered as asset
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple launches and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and complexity management skills.
