About Entreprenista: Entreprenista is a leading media company and home to the Entreprenista League, our vibrant membership community designed to support and empower women founders and leaders. From strategic partnerships with best-in-class business solutions to thoughtfully curated networking and educational events that spark meaningful business connections, Entreprenista is the go-to resource for women looking to grow and scale their businesses with purpose. Role Description: The Launch Manager is the operational hub of the marketing department, and the person who connects every team that touches a launch or a campaign. Big-picture brand stra tegy stays with leadership. This person owns the email marketing operations and lifecycle engine end to end, including the strategy behind it: the ideas and testing that push open rates, compliance, click-through rates, and conversion rates up, and the calls on what to build, what to test, and what to fix. They keep the marketing calendar, run every marketing launch project to completion, build and manage email campaigns and automations, load and launch funnels and promotions, maintain reporting, ensure proper T&Cs, and keep the tech stack clean and connected. When the leadership team commits to something, this person turns it into a finished, tested, on-time deliverable and reports back on how it performed. Success is simple to describe: marketing runs on time, the numbers are accurate and current, revenue grows against clear KPIs, and leadership no longer has to chase status or step in to keep things moving. Core Responsibilities 1. Project and Calendar Management Own and maintain the master email marketing calendar, tracking funnels, segmentation and email project management for products and launches. Run email marketing project management end-to-end in ClickUp: create projects, assign tasks and owners, set deadlines, and track status to completion. Own the launches we run each year and the evergreen campaigns that go out twice a month, and be the connector who keeps every team aligned around them. Hold the whole department accountable to timelines. Flag risks early and keep work moving without being asked. Lead or coordinate regular check-ins so everyone knows what's happening, what's due, and what's blocked. 2. Email Marketing and Automation Build, schedule, test, and send email campaigns and promotions in Klaviyo. Build and maintain marketing automations and flows: onboarding, nurture, re-engagement, renewal, promotional sequences, and any logic the team relies on. Build and send member education and cross-sell campaigns that surface our other offers to existing members. Build call-booking and show-rate campaigns, including reminder sequences, and A/B test the reminder cadence to increase show rates. Manage list segmentation, tagging, and list hygiene so the right people get the right messages. QA every send before it goes live: links, rendering, personalization, segments, and timing. Ensure that emails are sent on time and to appropriate segments. 3. Funnels, Pages, and Campaign Builds Build and load landing pages, sales pages, opt-ins, and lead magnets in Leadpages and our checkout tools (SamCart). Wire up and test the full path: page, form, automation, checkout, and confirmation, so every funnel works before it goes live. Coordinate creative and copy inputs from contractors, then assemble and launch the finished campaign. Support new product launches as we build them out. 4. Analytics and Reporting Improve and maintain marketing dashboards and KPI reporting in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Supabase, and Claude. Pull, organize, and interpret marketing data on a regular cadence. Keep reporting accurate and current at all times. Track core metrics (list growth, open and click rates, conversion rates, campaign revenue, funnel performance, engagement) and surface what's working and what isn't. Deliver clear, timely reporting to leadership with a point of view and practical recommendations. 5. Systems, Tools, and Integrations Own the email marketing tech stack day to day. Keep platforms connected, clean, and working. Audit the current stack and lead the effort to simplify it, consolidating tools and cutting cost and complexity wherever it makes sense. Build and maintain integrations and automations across tools using Zapier. Identify tooling gaps, broken connections, or data that isn't flowing correctly, and fix them or escalate with a recommendation. 6. Contractor and Agency Coordination Coordinate the advertising specialist, contract copywriters, agencies, and outside vendors: timelines, deliverables, handoffs, and follow-through. Be the central point of contact that keeps outside partners aligned with the internal calendar. Make sure nothing falls through the cracks between internal needs and outside resources. 7. Documentation and Process Document how things are done. Build and maintain SOPs for recurring marketing workflows. Turn repeatable work into clean, repeatable processes the whole team can follow. Keep documentation current as tools and workflows change. Rhythm of the Role Daily: Check project status and the calendar, move work forward, unblock what's stuck, QA and load anything going out, monitor active campaigns and automations. Weekly: Build and send scheduled emails and promotions, update reporting, run or contribute to a marketing status check-in, coordinate with contractors and agencies on the week's deliverables. Monthly: Full reporting pulled together for leadership with analysis and recommendations, review of upcoming calendar and campaigns, audit of automations and systems, documentation cleanup. Ongoing: Spot bottlenecks before they become delays, improve processes, keep the stack clean, and ensure every initiative launches on time. Requirements : A track record of owning marketing operations or project management in a fast-moving environment. You can point to projects you kept on the rails and tell us exactly how. You love execution more than brainstorming. The satisfaction of getting things done is what drives you. You're extremely detail-oriented and organized to the point that details don't slip past you, and you're proactive about staying ahead of them. You're technical and systems-minded. You learn new tools fast, and you like figuring out how they connect. You're data-obsessed. Metrics, reporting, and accountability energize you instead of draining you. You're a strong, resourceful problem solver who's comfortable figuring things out independently (no hand-holding required). You move fast and you communicate well. You keep everyone aligned without being asked to. You're on the pulse of the latest AI tools and how to use them for speed and efficiency. You stay current, and you get excited by working smarter. What Success Looks Like: Revenue growth through email 80%+ retention Projects consistently launch on time, predictably, not through last-minute heroics Marketing reporting is accurate and timely, and leadership always has current visibility into key metrics Marketing systems run smoothly, with automations and campaigns operating without constant patching Campaigns get executed without needing oversight, because you own the details Team communication improves, with clearer ownership and fewer status check-ins Marketing becomes more scalable and less dependent on leadership stepping in
