Join us and help shape the future of connectivity together. • Provide regular status reporting to Country Plant Manager about operations project portfolio in respective country • Perform cross-functional feasibility study (content and capacities) in RFQ phase in COO area • Perform Project Management in COO area according to LEONI governance and standards. • Plan and coordinate work packages of core team members in COO area to fulfill time, cost and quality requirements in line with governance and guidelines in COO area • Control and validate cross functional outputs of work packages • Follow, ensure and perform standardized Milestone and Gate Reviews of COO responsibility • Manage internal and external operations interfaces • Conduct handover to plant according to governance and product life cycle • Escalate in case of deviations from LEONI project management standards and project requirements (time, cost, quality) • Identify projects with potential need for launch team support • Release of preconditions for offering within RFQ clarification related to COO Level of Education : Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 5 years or more of proven experience in project management. Excellent budgeting and financial management skills. Proven ability to manage risks and solve complex problems. Strong leadership and team motivation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proven experience in delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
