Launch Specialist

Position Summary The Launch Specialist supports the Launch Coordinators by executing key administrative and operational tasks that enable a smooth onboarding experience for Remodel Health clients. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to grow into a Launch Coordinator position. You will play a critical role in supporting client onboarding behind the scenes while developing the skills needed to eventually manage implementations independently. Following the conclusion of our busy season, there is a possibility that some team members may be transitioned to a different department based on organizational needs and opportunities. Responsibilities Support Launch Coordinators with administrative tasks throughout the onboarding process Respond to and manage inbound customer tickets and phone calls in a timely and professional manner Assist with tracking project milestones, maintaining documentation, and updating internal systems Assist with completing applications for onboarding clients. Ensure accuracy of client and employee data within the platform Prepare materials for client meetings, employee education sessions, and onboarding communications Identify and escalate issues or discrepancies to the appropriate team members Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within the Launch team Begin developing presentation and client-facing skills through shadowing and training opportunities Qualifications Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable interacting with clients via email and phone Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn Comfortable working independently while supporting a team Willingness to learn new systems and tools Team-oriented with a humble, coachable attitude Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree required 0–1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field preferred Benefits Full health benefits offering, including life, long-term disability, dental, and vision Generous PTO 401(k) match Sabbatical PTO available after 5 years This is an in-office position in downtown Indianapolis four days/week, with work from home Fridays.
