About the Program

Launchpad is a 3-month paid program for students who want real work experience instead of a classroom-style internship. You'll work on live projects with our team, get mentorship, and build practical skills. Strong performers get the chance to convert to a full-time role.

Program Details

• Duration: 3 months
• Paid
• Remote
• Two tracks: Sales Associate and AI Associate
• Eligibility: 3rd-year or final-year students

Track 1: Sales Associate

• Research and identify potential B2B clients in the KSA market and build targeted lead lists
• Run outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls to book meetings and demos
• Qualify leads and hand them over to the senior team
• Keep prospect and pipeline data updated in the CRM
• Prepare tailored pitch materials and follow-ups
• Track outreach numbers and report weekly
• Share market and competitor insights with the team

Track 2: AI Associate

• Support the design, development, and testing of AI solutions for client projects
• Prepare, clean, and analyze data for model training and evaluation
• Experiment with LLMs, prompts, and automation workflows, and document the results
• Work with engineers to integrate AI features into client systems
• Research new AI tools and techniques and present findings to the team
• Write clear documentation for the work you deliver

Who Should Apply

• Currently in your 3rd or final year of a bachelor's degree
• Based in Saudi Arabia
• Available for the full 3 months
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly in English

Sales Associate: confident communicator, interested in B2B sales and outreach.

AI Associate: basic Python and some exposure to ML or LLM tools.
