About Us:
For over 10 years, New Law Business Model (NLBM) has been on a mission to liberate lawyers from outdated, soul-crushing practice models. We provide the heart-centered framework—Life & Legacy Planning®—and the high-octane membership products required to build thriving, relational firms. With a community of 800+ Personal Family Lawyer® firms nationwide, we leverage elite AI and automation to amplify humanity, delivering the practical education, tools, and "done-for-you" systems lawyers need to reclaim their time and build a lasting legacy. We obsess over real-world outcomes, not just vibes, to ensure our members move from survival mode to true flourishing.
The Mission
This contract opportunity is for an elite business strategist who knows how to take entrepreneurs out of survival mode and guide them into high-yield flourishing. We are looking for an independent Law Business Success Coach to partner with our ecosystem and support a dedicated roster of estate planning attorneys. You’ll thrive here if you are an outcome-obsessed consultant who values data, financial metrics, and accountability just as much as deep, transformational mindset work.
You should not apply if you operate purely on vague "coaching vibes" rather than hard business performance metrics, or if you prefer lecturing over strategic, real-time problem-solving.
What You’ll Architect (The Outcomes)
As an independent services provider , you will deliver strategic business consulting and accountability for an assigned roster of lawyers enrolled in the Personal Family Lawyer® (PFL) membership tiers. Your objective is to help these attorneys scale their law practices into high-performing, profitable business enterprises.
Drive Practice Transformation: Guide attorneys through the implementation of the proven New Law business systems, moving them from flat-fee transactional grinding to a recurring-revenue, relationship-based model.
Master Cash Flow Optimization: Consult on lead generation, client acquisition, and retention fundamentals to ensure rostered firms build and maintain predictable, steady cash flow.
Enforce Strategic Accountability: Utilize data-driven tracking frameworks—including business planners, metric dashboards, and cash flow projections—to keep attorneys focused on their designated growth benchmarks.
Proactive Client Safeguarding: Monitor attorney feedback indicators and performance data to identify firms hitting friction points, executing rapid strategic outreach to protect the client relationship and drive retention.
Proactive Roster & Re-Engagement Execution: Drive roster retention by executing systematic outreach workflows to re-engage unscheduled or at-risk members, utilizing New Law’s established member tracking systems and communication protocols.
The Deliverables
Execute strategic consulting sessions with rostered members at the cadence designated by their specific membership tier.
Provide asynchronous, high-impact business support via email and digital platforms within a professional 48-hour turnaround window.
Document client milestones, metrics, and actionable next steps in the CRM system within 24 hours of session completion.
Leverage New Law’s library of resource assets (newsletters, legal marketing kits, team training guides) to help attorneys solve immediate operational bottlenecks.
Who You Are
You possess 3–5 years of professional business coaching or consulting experience, with a heavy emphasis on entrepreneurial development, marketing strategy, and cash flow management.
You are financially literate and entirely comfortable interpreting, analyzing, and discussing business performance data and financial metrics to drive decisions.
You have a deep understanding of small business operations, client acquisition funnels, and retention frameworks.
You are highly proficient in modern digital workspaces and can easily navigate virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, CRM architecture, and project management platforms).
Fee Schedule & Compensation
Earning Potential: Total monthly contract revenue generally starts around $2,000/month during initial initial client onboarding and system orientation and scales from $5,000 to $9,000+ per month, directly dependent on your availability, desire, and the total volume of active firms on your roster (typically ranging from 20 to 80 firms).
Structure: Compensation is paid cleanly on a fixed per-member, per-session, or approved project milestone basis. Roster volume is scaled over time based on your capacity and the consistent quality of your delivery metrics.
Desired Qualifications & Expertise
3–5 years of professional business coaching or consulting experience, with a heavy emphasis on entrepreneurial development, marketing strategy, and cash flow management.
Strong proficiency with online collaboration tools, with demonstrated ability to quickly adopt CRM and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, HubSpot, Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace).
Proven background in business operations and marketing strategy, including client acquisition, lead generation, and retention fundamentals.
Financial literacy, including comfort interpreting business financial metrics to guide strategic growth decisions.
Exceptional organization and self-management skills, with a track record of successfully prioritizing independent client deliverables in a remote environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, suitable for executive-level coaching and professional collaboration.
Contractor Specifications (B2B)
This is an independent, business-to-business contract engagement. As a contractor, you operate your own independent business entity and are entirely responsible for your own taxes, remote office setup, computer equipment (minimum 16GB RAM recommended), and professional liability insurance. This engagement does not qualify for corporate employee benefits.
Technical Infrastructure Requirements
As an independent contractor, you are responsible for providing your own professional workstation and high-speed internet connection required to deliver the contracted services. To integrate seamlessly with our platforms, your system must meet or exceed our minimum technical benchmarks (including a machine with at least 16GB RAM). While contractors provide their own primary business equipment, access to proprietary software, specialized platforms, and network ecosystems will be provided for the duration of the project engagement.
New Law Business Model is an equal opportunity organization. We value a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture. All qualified practitioners are encouraged to apply.
