You'll work alongside our dedicated team to develop personalized patient care plans, facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, and empower our patients to overcome their challenges. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized patient care plans Provide individual and group therapy, focusing on evidence-based practices. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document patient progress and adjust patient care plans as needed. Lead educational workshops and support groups for patients and their families. Encourage and motivate patients to engage in their recovery journey.
