As our agency grows, we're looking for an L&D Operations Lead who can connect the dots across projects and people, keep growth & marketing initiatives alive and bring structure to a creative, fast-moving business.

This role is for you if you:

Are a fast learner, proactive and honest.

Are enthusiastic and have a can-do attitude

Have commercial awareness and understand/want to learn how a boutique consultancy operates.

Have a strong understanding of Learning & Development and organisational learning.

Are exceptionally organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.

Have critical thinking, communicate clearly and can synthesise information

Take genuine ownership rather than waiting for instructions.

Practical details

This is a fully remote, part-time (minimum 4h/week), long-term freelance collaboration, with working hours aligned with European time zones.
