Lead Advisor for Physician Households - CFP® (Remote)

Some advisor roles are sales seats with quotas. Others bury meetings under hours of prep and paperwork. Ours frees your time to go where it matters: in conversation with clients. We're a 13-year-old, fully remote firm serving physician households: wealth management, tax, legal, insurance, and student loan strategy under one roof. You'd be the primary advisor for your clients, backed by a team of advisors, planners, a lawyer, a CPA, and client service associates. THE WORK You lead client meetings. Early conversations often center on disability insurance options and student loan repayment and forgiveness strategy. Meetings are prepped for you. Follow-up emails are written from your debrief. You'll shadow our founder and second advisor to learn our approach, then make it your own. Our growth comes from client referrals. But we do some focused outreach which you will be invited to participate in and learn from. You will have the flexibility to choose if this is a little or a big part of your job. REQUIREMENTS CFP® certification 1–4 years of planning experience Demonstrated skill at building trust one-on-one Eagerness to go deep on disability insurance and student loan planning. As part of your job, you will need to acquire an insurance license for life and disability This role is fully remote. 401(k) after year one, plus profit sharing. We do not offer health insurance benefits.
