Prioritize daily workload across the team, spot inconsistencies in case handling, and adjust before they become bottlenecks. Run team rituals and weekly one-to-ones, providing the structure and day-to-day direction the team needs to operate with cohesion. Produce regular reporting on alert volumes, backlog, and screening incidents for internal stakeholders and authorities. Contribute operational feedback to migration and treatment-optimization projects, including AI integration.
