What You'll do:

- Lead the definition and implementation of the organization's AI Governance framework and operating model.

- Design governance structures, decision-making processes, roles, responsibilities, and oversight mechanisms for AI initiatives.

- Develop policies, standards, guidelines, and control frameworks aligned with AI Act requirements and Responsible AI principles.

- Define AI lifecycle governance models, ensuring proper controls throughout development, deployment, monitoring, and decommissioning.

- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to drive governance decisions, facilitate workshops, and establish the AI governance roadmap.

- Ensure alignment between AI Governance, Data Governance, Risk Management, and the broader corporate operating model.


Who You Are:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Economics, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in IT Governance projects.

- At least 2 years of experience in AI Governance initiatives.

- Proven experience defining governance frameworks, policies, standards, or operating models.

- Experience designing organizational structures, responsibilities, accountability models, and decision-making mechanisms.

- Strong knowledge of Operating Model Design, Enterprise Governance, and Governance Frameworks.

- Experience defining AI solution lifecycle governance models.

- Solid understanding of the European AI Act and its governance and compliance requirements.

- Experience with Responsible AI, AI Lifecycle Governance, and Model Governance.

- Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Ownership, and Metadata Management.

- Ability to define policies, standards, guidelines, and control frameworks.

- Experience facilitating executive workshops and managing senior stakeholders.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Certifications such as COBIT, ISO 38500, TOGAF, DAMA, or equivalent are a plus.

- Experience in the public sector or regulatory organizations is considered an advantage.
