Lead AI Product Owner
TeksystemsDescription Job Responsibilities Serve as product owner for enterprise AI tools, products, and services, managing the product backlog, prioritization, and release cadence. Curate, evolve, and maintain a governed catalog of approved enterprise AI tools and capabilities. Design, implement, and manage structured intake processes for evaluating new AI tools, vendor offerings, and platform capabilities. Partner with AI, Automation, Infrastructure, Security, and Governance teams to ensure tools align with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, and responsible AI standards. Coordinate onboarding of AI tools, including licensing models, access controls, role‑based provisioning, and operational readiness. Ensure appropriate telemetry, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms are in place to track usage, reliability, and performance. Maintain documentation, lifecycle management processes, and operational runbooks for AI products and services. Collaborate closely with business units to understand needs and translate them into product enhancements and roadmap priorities. Align AI tool launches with training, communications, and change‑management plans to drive responsible adoption. Define, track, and report on KPIs such as adoption rates, utilization, user satisfaction, productivity impact, and value realization. Produce regular executive‑level reporting on AI product performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $87.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
