Lead AI Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a Lead AI Solutions Engineer to join a self-directed product team, collaborating closely with Product Managers to refine user stories and validate technical solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. The core product environment centers on the AI Hub, a centralized Generative AI platform built on Azure, utilizing OpenAI LLMs, Azure AI Search, and open-source Python libraries for scalable, secure, and maintainable services. Key initiatives include deploying GenAI applications, developing an agentic framework, and building an unstructured data pipeline to ingest, enrich, and make diverse data sources available for research and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Build applications that create, transform, or analyze content such as text, images, voice, or code using large generative models and foundation models
• Develop chatbots, content generators, summarizers, and semantic search systems
• Deploy GenAI applications such as RAG chat, automation, and NLP interfaces
• Design and build an agentic framework to support scalable AI solutions
• Construct an unstructured data pipeline to ingest, enrich, and make diverse data sources available for research and AI applications
• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine user stories and validate technical solutions
• Ensure delivery of secure, maintainable, and scalable AI services on the Azure platform

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and CrewAI
• Multi-agent experience in production environments
• Experience in agent tracing
• Experience in RAG implementation
• Experience in LLM application development
• Familiarity with the Azure GenAI stack
• Proven track record of production delivery experience
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
