Is this job info correct?

Two Circles We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world. Business Analyst Audience Intelligence is our data platform that helps clients unify fan data, create audiences and segments, generate insights, and activate campaigns. Integrations are foundational to that value — they determine what data we can ingest, how reliable it is, and how quickly clients can realise outcomes. We’re hiring an experienced Business Analyst (Integrations) to work in close partnership with Product and Engineering on all integration-related initiatives. This role focuses on high-quality discovery, scoping, and requirements, helping the team move faster without sacrificing quality or scalability. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Delivery partners to help turn ambiguous client requests into clear use cases, well-scoped integrations, and build ready documentation. Over time, you’ll also help evolve our integration framework, templates, and runbooks, making this work more repeatable and less dependent on individual intuition. Responsibilities: What you’ll do 1) Lead on integration discovery & scoping Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to scope net-new integrations and significant enhancements. Review vendor documentation to understand: o API patterns (REST, streaming, etc.) o Authentication and refresh logic o Rate limits, pagination, and data volumes o Incremental vs full-pull endpoints o Data types, transformations, and modelling considerations Prepare structured question sets for vendor calls to validate assumptions and uncover gaps. Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture on feasibility, trade-offs, and technical approach. 2) Lead use case definition Partner with Product, GTM teams, and our clients to ensure use cases are a first-class input into integration work — not just lists of fields. Help clients and internal teams articulate: o What problems they are trying to solve o How the data will be used o What “success” looks like Translate those outcomes into clear requirements that Engineering can build against. 3) Produce high-quality requirements & documentation Write clear, structured product requirements documents that include: o Defined use cases and assumptions o In-scope vs out-of-scope functionality o Data entities, fields, and relationships o Known limitations and risks Ensure documentation quality is consistent and usable, working with Product and Engineering to iterate where needed. 4) Support integration migrations & rebuilds Contribute to requirements and discovery for: o Integration upgrades (e.g. API version changes, auth updates) o Rebuilds driven by platform evolution or reliability needs Partner with Product, Engineering, and Delivery to ensure continuity for clients and clear expectations during change. 5) Help improve the integration “system” over time Contribute to the development of: o An integration scoping runbook o Intake templates and discovery checklists o Example “gold standard” PRDs Support the introduction of integration complexity tiers to help set expectations on scope, timelines, and effort. Share learnings and patterns to help other BAs and PMs improve integration discovery and scoping. We’re looking for someone who: • Has solid experience as a Business Analyst or similar role working with Product and Engineering teams. • Is comfortable operating in data- and API-driven environments (you don’t need to code, but you can reason about technical constraints). • Has strong discovery skills and can turn ambiguous inputs into structured requirements. • Writes clear, thoughtful documentation that others trust. • Enjoys collaboration and shared ownership rather than operating in isolation. Nice to have • Experience with data platforms, CDPs, CRM, or analytics tooling. • Experience working with third party vendors in the sports industry and their data (ticketing, food and beverage, merchandise, etc). • Exposure to integration-heavy products or ecosystems. • Familiarity with client-facing discovery workshops.
