Ready to shape how Grundfos works with partners across global markets?

As our new Global Partner Excellence Program Manager, you will lead the global deployment and continuous improvement of our Partner Excellence Programme (PEP), turning strategy into scalable programs, governance frameworks, and measurable business outcomes that support a partner-led commercial model worldwide.

You will join a global team focused on strengthening commercial excellence and enabling sustainable growth through strong partner relationships. At Grundfos, you'll be part of a diverse, supportive, and inclusive culture that values growth, well-being, and belonging.

What is the job about?

As part of the Global Partner Excellence team, you will help Grundfos scale a high-performing partner-led commercial model that drives growth, profitability, and improved cost-to-serve across markets.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the global rollout of the Partner Excellence Program, defining deployment plans, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Drive partner lifecycle management from go-to-market planning and recruitment through onboarding, account planning, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
  • Establish and manage global governance, including partner tiering, scorecards, KPIs, meeting structures, and RASCI-based accountability.
  • Deploy and drive adoption of Partner Excellence tools, including assessments, dashboards, performance tracking, and partner portal enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales, Distribution Managers, Marketing, CSSC, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
  • Identify opportunities through pilot learnings and regional feedback to continuously strengthen the partner-led commercial model.

What do you need to apply?

We imagine that you are a commercially minded program leader with experience in partner ecosystems and a proven ability to translate strategy into execution.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, commercial excellence, partner/channel management, or indirect sales.
  • Experience working in global or multi-regional organizations, preferably within manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, partner ecosystems, and commercial transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex organizations.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • A Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with PRM systems, partner scorecards, and data-driven performance management.
  • Experience in change management or operating model transformation.

Why you'll love working here

  • Flexible working hours, hybrid work opportunities, and parental support.
  • Annual bonus, health insurance, and a strong focus on employee well-being.
  • Three additional paid volunteering days each year.
  • On-demand learning and development opportunities.

Valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.

As part of our commitment to a safe and compliant hiring process, final candidates may be required to undergo a background check, subject to local laws and regulations.
