Job Description Crisis & Reputation Communications Function: Corporate Communications | Location: United States (Hybrid/Remote) The role This is a senior leadership role owning crisis management, reputation strategy, and executive communications for the Americas region. You'll be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping how Genpact communicates during sensitive or high-visibility moments. You'll set the strategic direction for crisis and reputation communications, build the frameworks and playbooks the wider team relies on, and step in personally when the moment calls for it. The role also oversees employee communications where it intersects with organizational change, ensuring internal messaging stays clear and consistent.
