Job Description Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using: EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) Core Connectors Workday Studio Cloud Connect REST/SOAP APIs Build and maintain Workday custom reports, advanced reports, matrix reports, and dashboards. Create and manage calculated fields, business processes, and security configurations. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Workday HCM. Develop inbound and outbound interfaces between Workday and third-party applications. Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution. Support Workday releases, enhancements, and production deployments. Monitor integration performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with functional consultants, HR teams, and external vendors. Create technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides. Participate in Workday tenant management activities and release impact assessments. Required Skills Strong experience with Workday HCM Technical development. Expertise in: Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors BIRT Reporting Calculated Fields Workday Security Experience with XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, REST APIs, JSON. Knowledge of integration technologies and middleware tools. Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Experience in troubleshooting Workday integrations and reports. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
