Job Description • Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle databases • Providing expertise in performance tuning, capacity planning, and database optimization • Leading database upgrades, patches, and data migration projects • Troubleshooting database issues and providing timely resolution • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand database requirements and recommend solutions • Developing and implementing database security policies and procedures • Mentoring junior team members and conducting training sessions on Oracle database best practices • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards • Keeping abreast of new Oracle technologies and recommending their integration into the existing infrastructure.
