The Lead Consultant GTMS will play a lead role in projects and provide functional consulting for the implementation of Vistex’s cloud offering - Go-to-Market Suite®. The individual will execute requirement gathering, blueprinting, design, system set up, data loads, and testing. Must be willing and commit to learning the Vistex product and delivering per project timelines. Knowledge of SAP business processes would be helpful. The individual will need to lead and manage a project team and be accountable for all deliverables. Should support the further development of the GTMS product and be an active team member on GTMS customer projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote consulting services to customers implementing Vistex products and solutions along with some on-site meetings
  • Lead the Vistex team on the project, be customer-facing for all meetings and demos and be responsible for project delivery per scope and timeline.
  • Get a clear understanding of Vistex software functionality and map customer business requirements to the Vistex solution
  • Design and configure the system as per business requirements
  • Prepare file templates and upload data into the GTMS system
  • Work with the technical team to design and build interfaces with the host system
  • Work with the offshore team lead and allocate tasks effectively between onsite and offshore team
  • Allocate tasks and work to the build team based on effort, timelines, and availability.
  • Identify product and customer-specific project issues and work with product development to resolve them
  • Responsible for writing functional specifications for enhancements that have to be done by the technical team
  • Prepare meaningful system demos during the course of the project for the customer
  • Perform quality assurance on the system built for the customer
  • Prepare and provide documentation to the customer for system support
  • Play a role in setting up a pre-configuring system based on best practices and industries
  • Learn and gain expertise on new and current Vistex products and solution offerings

The compensation for this position is $150k - $160k annually. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s location, job-related knowledge, skills and work experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus.
