Responsibilities 岗位职责： 1.负责留学行业新媒体矩阵（公众号/小红书/视频号等）的内容策划与日常运营，高效产出原创内容 2.实时追踪教育行业热点，24小时内快速响应并产出相关选题 3.主导搭建内容SOP体系，优化从选题到分发的全流程， 驱动阅读量季度环比增长显著. 4.辅助管理3-5人内容团队，制定KPI考核标准，确保每周至少2次选题脑暴会 Qualifications And Competencies 任职要求： 1.3年以上教育行业新媒体经验，熟悉英美澳加等主流留学政策及院校信息 2.具备爆款内容创作能力，有单篇10w+阅读量案例者优先 3. 熟练使用市场数据分析工具，能独立完成竞品分析。 4.抗压能力强，可同时处理多个平台运营需求，适应弹性工作制 Locations Shanghai Remote status Hybrid
