Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in the game development and mobile app industries, currently looking for an experienced Lead Creative Strategist for a new Warsaw office. Our client is a fast-growing, well-funded mobile app company behind one of the world's most downloaded apps in its category, with 50M+ downloads and 4–5M monthly active users. The company builds products that enrich people's everyday lives by fostering spiritual growth, meaningful connections, and shared spiritual practices.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Write clear, actionable briefs for video editors and turn them into shippable ad creative.
• Produce and scale concepts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
• Personally analyze the performance of creatives and iterate based on results.
• Collaborate with UA managers to turn performance data into a creative testing roadmap.
• Conduct ongoing research on US trends, culture, and user personas.
• Lead, hire, and grow a team of creative strategists and motion designers for the Warsaw office.
  
  

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of hands-on experience writing briefs for video editors and producing ads on Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
• Solid understanding of the Meta auction and how to reach new audiences.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong, independent analytical skills – able to read own creative performance without relying on an analytics team.
• Genuine research fluency with US trends, culture, and user personas.
• People leadership: able to hire, fire, coach, and give direct feedback.
• Able to work on strategy and report directly to the CEO and CMO.
• Genuinely hands-on: manages the work, not only the people.
