  • Influence strategic business decisions through expert credit recommendations, risk insights and deal structuring that balance commercial objectives with responsible risk management.
  • Advance credit excellence by strengthening policies, frameworks and risk practices that improve consistency, compliance and decision quality across the organization.
  • Elevate team capability by mentoring analysts, sharing expertise and helping build a culture of continuous learning, accountability and high-performance decision-making.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills with experience explaining complex credit recommendations and negotiating risk-based business terms with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, exercise sound judgment and deliver high-quality outcomes on complex and high-impact decisions.

It's a bonus if you have

  • Experience conducting due diligence for portfolio acquisitions, conversions or large-scale merchant onboarding initiatives.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching or developing less experienced analysts and serving as a subject matter expert across teams.
