The Impact you will have in this role: Digital Workplace Services (DWS) is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Associate, Delivery & Implementation to lead complex technology initiatives that directly impact the employee experience, productivity, security, and operational effectiveness across the enterprise. This is not an entry-level project management position. The successful candidate will serve as a delivery leader responsible for driving large-scale workplace technology transformations from concept through implementation and operational adoption. The role requires the ability to manage executive stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, identify and mitigate risks, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The Senior Associate acts as the connective tissue between engineering, operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, support organizations, vendors, architecture teams, facilities, and business stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of workplace technologies and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, excellent communication capabilities, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. Your Primary Responsibilities: Lead complex Digital Workplace Services initiatives from intake through deployment and operational transition. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, budgets, status reporting, and executive communications. Ensure successful delivery of projects spanning multiple business units, vendors, and technical teams. Hold teams accountable for commitments, timelines, and deliverables. Drive implementation readiness reviews, operational acceptance, support model design, and handoff planning. Ensure projects are transitioned into sustainable operational support models. Establish governance frameworks, reporting standards, metrics, and executive dashboards. Facilitate leadership reviews, steering committees, and stakeholder forums. Ensure alignment with enterprise change management, cybersecurity, architecture, compliance, and risk management requirements. Serve as the primary liaison between technology teams, business partners, and senior leadership. Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, status reports, and portfolio updates. Present project risks, strategic decisions, recommendations, and implementation plans to senior management. Build strong relationships across Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Facilities, Procurement, and Vendor Management teams. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies before delivery impacts occur. Drive resolution of complex cross-functional issues. Escalate concerns appropriately while providing solution-oriented recommendations. Maintain accountability for program health, schedule adherence, and delivery outcomes. Develop implementation strategies that maximize end-user adoption and business value. Partner with communications, training, and support teams to drive organizational readiness. Monitor adoption metrics, satisfaction scores, and business outcomes following deployment. Ensure employees are prepared, trained, and supported throughout technology transitions. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure delivery commitments are achieved. Track project budgets, purchase requests, hardware deliveries, and implementation timelines. Support contract reviews, statements of work, and funding requests. Manage vendor performance and hold providers accountable to agreed deliverables. Identify opportunities to improve employee experience, reduce support volume, streamline operations, and increase automation. Recommend new technologies and service enhancements. Drive process standardization and operational efficiency initiatives across DWS. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success: 6+ years of experience leading enterprise technology implementations, digital workplace initiatives, infrastructure programs, or large-scale operational transformations. Proven success managing multiple concurrent initiatives within complex enterprise environments. Strong experience working directly with executive stakeholders and senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without direct authority. Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and vendor relationships. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean, or equivalent certification. Experience in Digital Workplace Services, End User Services, Infrastructure Services, Enterprise Technology, or IT Operations. Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, Identity & Access Management, Virtual Desktop technologies, Collaboration Platforms, and Workplace Experience solutions. Experience managing global technology deployments and workplace transformation programs. Thinks strategically but executes relentlessly. Operates independently with minimal oversight. The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
