Lead Delivery Manager

Ciklum is looking for a Lead Delivery Manager to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

As a Lead Delivery Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will work on the project design, build, and deploy the next-generation, customer-facing Application, ensuring effective coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the development and delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Define project milestones and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring expectations and project scope are clearly managed
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to AI model accuracy and clinical safety
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including:
  • Sprint planning
  • Daily stand-ups
  • Retrospectives
• Support the team in maintaining high team velocity through effective Agile/Scrum practices
• Manage resource allocation during the development phase
• Track and manage the project budget throughout the development phase

Requirements:

• Experience in Technical Project Management or Delivery Management, preferably within a startup environment
• Agile certification (CSM) or PMP certification is highly desirable
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder software products
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical constraints into business impact
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management suites
