At CVS Health®, you’ll be surrounded by passionate colleagues who care deeply, innovate with purpose, hold ourselves accountable and prioritize safety and quality in everything we do. Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.

As the Director, Digital Product Growth Strategy, you will lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of innovative digital products that drive revenue growth for Aetna while expanding digital adoption and engagement across our membership. Partnering across Aetna Digital, Commercial Product, and enterprise stakeholders, you will define and execute the long-term product vision—building scalable, market-leading capabilities that accelerate growth, deliver measurable value to customers, and unlock new revenue opportunities.

  • Anticipate and mitigate risks: Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, developing mitigation strategies, escalating issues when appropriate, and holding teams accountable for timely resolution.
  • Influence Executive Decision-Making: Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing the right level of insight, context, and recommendations to accelerate decision-making and drive results.
  • Define & Measure Success: Establish product performance, adoption, and financial KPIs; monitor outcomes; and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance and inform long-term product strategy.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Commercial Product, Analytics & Behavior Change, Customer Success Team, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other key stakeholders to align priorities, remove barriers, and ensure successful execution of the product vision.
