Lead Engagement Assistant for a Holistic Wellness Coach in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

Client Information Nutriroot Health Job Description • Monitor and respond to enquiries through Instagram and Meta Business Suite. • Proactively initiate conversations with leads who have engaged with the business but have not entered the ManyChat automation. • Build genuine rapport and have natural, empathetic conversations with prospective clients. • Ask thoughtful questions to understand each person's enquiry and needs. • Use client-provided conversation examples, sequences and templates while keeping communication personal and authentic. • Identify suitable leads and guide them towards booking a call. • Follow up with warm leads and people who have been invited to book but have not yet done so. • Track lead conversations, statuses, bookings and required follow-ups using an agreed system. • Maintain accurate records so no warm leads are lost within Instagram conversations. • Track booked calls and assist with appropriate pre-call communication or reminders. • Communicate professionally and sensitively when discussing personal or health-related matters. • Attend team meetings and communicate with the client via Zoom. Must Haves • Open to Filipinos ONLY based in the Philippines. • At least 2 years of experience relevant to the role • Previous social media experience. • Meta Business Suite experience. • ManyChat experience. • Lead generation or lead nurturing experience. • Appointment setting or sales support experience. • Experience using Trello, spreadsheets, CRM systems or other lead-tracking platforms. • Previous experience within health, wellness or a client-focused service business.
