Lead Engineer - UX

Responsibilities: Lead UX activities across the product lifecycle, from understanding user needs to defining and validating solutions. Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX deliverables aligned with product requirements. Contribute to product design with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and overall user experience. Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to develop user-centered solutions. Use user feedback, data, and metrics to inform UX decisions and continuously improve product experiences. Apply user-centered design and design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems. Conduct usability reviews and identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve user journeys. Advocate for UX best practices and consistency across products. Provide guidance and mentorship to UX team members and contribute to UX reviews and standards. Bachelor’s degree in UX, HCI, Design, IT, or related field. 6+ years of experience in UX Design, User Experience, Product Design, or a related field, including experience in a lead capacity. Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and design thinking. Proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum product development environment. Strong proficiency in Figma or similar UX/prototyping tools. Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and UX best practices. Ability to use user research, data, and feedback to support design decisions. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Experience mentoring or guiding UX designers would be an added advantage.
