Role Description The Lead English Teacher is a hybrid role responsible for designing and delivering high-quality English language instruction to learners in professional and academic contexts. Day-to-day tasks include planning and teaching online and face-to-face lessons, developing curricula and learning materials, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong BUSINESS English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience leading classes or training sessions in virtual and face-to-face environments.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education practices, including curriculum development and learner assessment.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with learners, colleagues, and clients across cultures and time zones.
• Relevant degree or certification in English, Education, Applied Linguistics, TESOL, TKT or a related field.
• Experience with online teaching platforms, digital learning tools, and remote collaboration software.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple classes or projects, and meet deadlines in a temporary remote setting.
• Previous experience teaching business English or professional communication is mandatory.
