What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include:
Strategic Customer Insights – Championing customer behaviours and opportunities across the customer journey, providing actionable recommendations and driving decision making
Insight development – Maintaining and developing the data pipeline and customer journey datasets that enable measurement of the Food customer journey across digital and in-store channels.
Metric development – Defining and building unique metrics to capture the quality and impact of online activity. Causally quantify the incremental in-store sales driven by Food Digital.
Digital marketing – Identifying which traffic sources deliver the highest subsequent spend and use digital journey data to improve CRM personalisation.
Digital experience optimisation – Promote opportunities to optimise key sections of the Food Digital experience and measure the effectiveness of different content types in driving engagement and in-store actions.
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include:
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset – owning and delivering analytical insight in both a non-reporting and reporting setting.
Proven track record of delivering actionable and engaging insight – working with stakeholders to frame problems and present back to drive growth.
Extensive experience working with large-scale Customer orientated datasets. Application of key analytical languages - SQL, PySpark, Python for analytics and automation. Power BI experience – Visualisation, DAX.
Experience of shaping analytical direction, defining how success should be measured and developing new metrics/frameworks to support decision making
Strong collaborator and communicator, comfortable working across Business Teams, Product Teams, Platforms and Engineering
