We are currently looking for a Lead Frontend Developer who thrives at the intersection of code and coordination. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical expertise with team management responsibilities. You'll be coding alongside your team while guiding their growth and ensuring project success. Our Architecture Lead handles major technical decisions, allowing you to focus on execution, team development, and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Hands-on coding, setting high standards for quality & design, driving AI/LLM adoption. Team Leadership: Mentor & coach engineers, foster collaboration, act as technical contact for stakeholders. Project Management: Translate requirements into user stories, ensure delivery quality, manage risks & dependencies. Process & Collaboration: Improve workflows, remove blockers, streamline communication between tech & product.
