We are seeking a Lead Frontend UI Developer with strong experience in headless JavaScript frameworks such as React and Next.js, along with deep expertise in HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and responsive design. This role involves leading the architecture, development, and delivery of modern web applications across eCommerce and product platforms. You will be a hands‑on technical leader who mentors teams, owns UI delivery, collaborates with business stakeholders, and sets a high bar for performance, design quality, and engineering standards. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Delivery Lead design and development of complex, scalable frontend applications using React, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern JS tooling Architect frontend solutions, scaffold new projects, and define best practices and UI standards Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand UI/UX requirements, estimate scope, and identify technical risks Deliver critical features end‑to‑end with a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and maintainability Perform code reviews, merges, and build validations, maintaining high quality standards Partner closely with backend and data teams to deliver integrated, high‑performance user experiences People & Team Management Directly manage frontend engineers through 1:1s, coaching, growth planning, and performance reviews Mentor developers via code pairing, debugging sessions, and architectural guidance Foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement Team Construction & Scaling Contribute to hiring strategies, interview processes, and candidate evaluations Support team scaling while maintaining high technical and cultural standards Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team and broader organization Requirements 8+ years of experience in frontend engineering, with deep focus on modern web stacks Strong hands‑on expertise in: React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+) HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS Redux, state management patterns Webpack, Vite, frontend build systems Component libraries such as Material‑UI, Ant Design, or Chakra UI Proven track record of owning and delivering large‑scale production applications Experience leading teams and working cross‑functionally with Product, UX, Backend, and QA Comfort with deployment pipelines, CI/CD basics, and frontend project scaffolding Good‑to‑Have / Bonus Skills Exposure to UX design tools such as Figma or similar platforms Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) from a frontend delivery perspective Familiarity with Google Analytics, tag management, and frontend performance optimization Experience with headless commerce or CMS architectures Soft Skills & Leadership Competencies Strong communication with both technical and business stakeholders High ownership and accountability for deliverables Ability to balance speed, quality, and scalability Strategic thinker with a hands‑on execution mindset Collaborative leader who builds trust and alignment Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development High‑impact role influencing UI strategy and frontend architecture Collaborative, inclusive, and engineering‑driven work environment
