Lead Full Stack Engineer

The Opportunity Educe is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our growing Software Practice. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for an experienced engineer who enjoys building scalable cloud-based applications, mentoring developers, and helping guide technical decisions. You will contribute directly to product development while partnering with a talented team to deliver innovative solutions for enterprise clients. This role offers the opportunity to influence product direction, leverage emerging AI technologies, and work on a variety of challenging projects in a collaborative remote environment. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Contribute high-quality, maintainable, and secure code across the software development lifecycle. Review code and provide technical guidance to development team members. Support architecture and design decisions that promote scalability, performance, and security. Identify technical risks and recommend solutions to address them. Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and technical documentation. Support software deployments, enhancements, and ongoing product improvements. Explore and apply emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools, to improve team effectiveness and product quality.
