Lead Generation & Social Media Coordinator We are seeking a proactive, caring, and results-oriented Lead Generation & Social Media Coordinator to support client acquisition and online engagement. The role will manage inbound and outbound leads, convert qualified enquiries into appointments, maintain accurate information in the CRM/practice-management system, and coordinate social media activity. This includes scheduling approved posts, monitoring messages and comments, engaging prospective clients, and reporting on lead and content performance. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Respond to inbound enquiries from phone, email, website forms, social media, and other channels. Contact new leads within the agreed response time, ideally within 1–5 minutes during operating hours. Make outbound calls to follow up enquiries, re-engage prospective clients, and generate appointments. Qualify prospective clients by asking appropriate questions and understanding their needs. Explain services and the appointment process clearly without providing clinical advice. Book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments as required. Maintain complete lead records, call notes, statuses, and follow-up activities in the CRM/practice-management system. Coordinate with the administration team regarding appointment availability and client requirements. Monitor open leads and ensure each lead has a documented next step. Complete scheduled outbound calling activities at least three times per week. Social Media Management Maintain the social media content calendar. Schedule approved posts across relevant platforms. Write or refine basic captions based on approved messaging and brand guidelines. Monitor comments, direct messages, and social media enquiries. Respond to general enquiries or transfer clinical and sensitive questions to the appropriate team member. Engage appropriately with followers, community organisations, referral partners, and prospective clients. Support simple lead-generation campaigns, educational content, service promotions, and appointment reminders. Track which social media enquiries convert into appointments. Prepare basic reports covering reach, engagement, enquiries, leads, and bookings. Recommend practical ways to improve content performance and lead conversion. Ensure posts and responses protect client privacy and comply with healthcare advertising requirements. Recommended Experience At least 2–3 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, social media coordination, digital marketing, customer service, or a related role. Experience handling both inbound enquiries and outbound follow-up calls. Demonstrated ability to convert warm leads into booked appointments. Experience managing business social media accounts. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar tools. Experience using a CRM or practice-management system. Strong written and spoken English. Basic copywriting and content-planning ability. Accurate data entry and reporting skills. Australian or healthcare account experience is preferred but not essential. Experience with the specific CRM/practice-management system is advantageous but should not be mandatory.
