Position Title: Lead Generation / Appointment Setting Specialist Work Set-up: Onsite/Work From Home Schedule: AU Shift | Morning Holiday: AU-QLD Salary: Php41,000 Responsibilities as a Lead Generation / Appointment Setting Specialist: The Lead Generation / Appointment Setting Specialist is responsible for driving outbound sales pipeline growth within the Australian solar and renewable energy sector. The initial campaign will focus on generating qualified opportunities for solar and battery solutions, with Queensland as the primary market. The main objective is to engage prospective customers, qualify their needs and suitability, and schedule qualified appointments for the client's Energy Consultants. Key Responsibilities & Core Tasks 1. Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted homeowners and residential prospects, with potential future exposure to commercial campaigns • Introduce client’s solar and battery solutions services. • Deliver tailored phone pitches that highlight cost savings, energy independence, government incentives, and ROI. • Handle objections confidently, turning initial hesitation into interest. 2. Lead Qualification & Assessment • Ask targeted discovery questions to qualify prospects based on criteria such as: o Current quarterly energy spends and electricity providers. o Property ownership status (Commercial owner-occupier vs. tenant). o Roof space availability and suitability. o Existing solar setup and upgrades required. • Ensure prospects meet the baseline metrics required for a viable solar installation or energy audit before handing them off. 3. Appointment Setting & Pipeline Management • Book face-to-face/in-home appointments at the customer’s address directly into the assigned Energy Consultant's calendar • Ensure all qualified customer information including name, address, contact details, qualification notes, and appointment details is accurately captured in GoHighLevel before handover to the Energy Consultant. • Accurately schedule appointments in the sales calendar, taking into account time zone and consultant availability. • Send automated booking confirmations and reminder notifications to clients to ensure high show-up rates. 4. CRM & Data Management • Experience with GoHighLevel (preferred CRM) • Work across both cold prospecting lists and existing/warm customer databases to identify and convert opportunities into appointments. • Log all call activities, notes, prospect responses, and lead statuses accurately in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho). • Keep prospect contact details updated and tag leads correctly for follow-up campaigns. • Manage follow-up tasks rigorously to re-engage cold or warm leads at designated dates. 5. Performance & Reporting • Meet and consistently exceed key performance metrics (KPIs) including call volume, talk time, qualified leads generated, and booked appointments. • Participate in weekly sales briefings, script alignment sessions, and coaching calls to refine messaging and energy market knowledge. Qualifications & Skill Requirements • Experience: 2+ years of outbound B2B or B2C cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience. Australian-market experience is preferred. Previous exposure to solar, batteries, energy contracts, roofing, HVAC, or construction is advantageous but not essential. • Communication: Flawless verbal and written English with excellent telephone etiquette and an approachable, confident manner. Australian market fluency is preferred. • Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of solar energy systems, peak/off-peak usage, kw/kWh terminology, and Australian energy bills is a strong plus. • Technical Skills: o Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). o Experience using cloud telephony dialers (e.g., Aircall, Vicidial, RingCentral, or CloudTalk). o Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace applications. • Attributes: High resilience, self-motivated, target-driven, and skilled in rapport building over the phone.
