We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented
Lead Generation & LinkedIn Research Specialist
to help grow our recruitment business. The ideal candidate is meticulous, proactive, and enjoys researching, sourcing, and building high-quality prospect lists.
Part time (Flexi 2 hours per day)
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
Identify and research prospective clients.
Use
ZoomInfo
and LinkedIn to build targeted lead lists.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
Verify contact information and company details.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure all data is accurate, organised, and complete.
Support the recruitment and business development teams with high-quality research.
Requirements:
Previous experience with
LinkedIn Recruiter
or LinkedIn sourcing.
Experience using
ZoomInfo
or similar lead generation tools.
Excellent research and internet search skills.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written English and communication skills.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
