Lead Generation Specialist – Cold Email Outbound (Instantly / Smartlead / Apollo)
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/wk) with daily UK overlap (3–4 hrs)
Compensation: USD $1,200–$1,500 per month (experience-dependent)

The business is directly regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and operates from London (HQ), Lisbon and Dubai. The community is expanding internationally, and this role owns the outbound engine behind that membership growth.
The Role
We're hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to build and run Founders Capital's international outbound membership channel end-to-end: research and list-building, email-led campaigns, reply handling, qualification and onboarding support.
This is a test-and-learn role. You'll experiment with audiences, angles and sequences, read the data, and change what isn't working quickly.
No phone-based selling: this is written outreach, qualification and scheduling.

What You'll Do
- Build targeted, verified prospect lists of C-suite leaders, high-net-worth individuals and family-office contacts using PitchBook and other approved sources
- Design and run multi-step cold email campaigns on company-owned sending infrastructure; own deliverability, including mailbox warm-up, domain health, inbox placement and volume management
- Run approved LinkedIn outreach (HeyReach) alongside email
- Write concise, credible copy for senior audiences; A/B test hooks, angles and sequences and iterate on results
- Handle replies: qualify interest, explain the membership proposition accurately, and book membership calls or send onboarding links
- Follow up until prospects onboard, decline or opt out, and action every opt-out immediately
- Keep the CRM spotless: source, country, ICP category, status and next action logged same-day
- Report weekly on the full funnel (sends, replies, qualified conversations, applications, accepted members) by campaign, source and country
- Escalate anything outside the guardrails rather than improvising
What Success Looks Like
- A structured first 30 days: training on the proposition and boundaries, supervised campaigns, then controlled scale-up
- At steady state: 100 accepted, ICP-fit members onboarded per month (~25/week)
- Quality over raw volume: only prospects who fit the profile, pass acceptance and complete onboarding count, alongside clean data and zero compliance misses
What This Role Is Not
This is membership growth, not investment sales. You will never market, recommend or discuss individual investment opportunities, returns or allocations. Any deal-specific question is referred straight to the authorised UK team. Full training on the boundaries is provided.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years in B2B outbound / lead generation with hands-on ownership of cold email campaigns (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo or similar)
- Deliverability expertise: mailbox and domain setup, warm-up, inbox placement, sensible volume management
- Excellent written English: concise, natural, credible copy for C-suite and HNW readers
- Adaptable and coachable: you test, take feedback, and change approach based on evidence
- Meticulous research discipline and CRM hygiene
- Sound judgement: follows strict messaging boundaries and escalates appropriately
Nice to Have
- Outbound to executive, investor-adjacent or high-net-worth audiences (professional communities, membership businesses, financial or professional services)
- LinkedIn outreach at scale (HeyReach, Expandi or similar)
- Experience with licensed data sources (PitchBook, ZoomInfo) and list enrichment
- Prior work in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
