Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist | WFH is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for Executive Assist and its clients. This role involves researching target markets, building prospect lists, and using various channels (such as email, social media, and phone outreach) to generate new leads. The specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, track lead performance, and collaborate with sales and account teams to hand off qualified opportunities. Daily activities include outreach to potential clients, follow-up communication, and refining lead-generation strategies based on data and feedback. The role requires consistent, professional communication and the ability to work independently while meeting clear performance goals.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess experience in Lead Generation and creating New Leads through outbound and inbound tactics.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage prospects, build rapport, and deliver clear value propositions.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including basic negotiation, pipeline management, and converting qualified leads into opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Research skills for identifying target markets, prospect profiles, and relevant contact information.
• Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, managing time effectively, and using CRM or lead management tools.
• Candidates should have solid written and spoken English and a professional, client-focused approach.
• Prior experience in B2B services, virtual assistance, or professional services sales is beneficial.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent experience is welcome.
