Lead Generator

Position: Lead Generator Working Hours: US Hours ( Part Time) Full-Time, Remote Work. Salary: South African Rand (ZAR) We are looking for a friendly, ambitious, and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company dedicated to supporting women navigating infertility. This is a remote, part-time independent contractor position with hours increasing over time: Month 1: Approximately 4 hours per day Month 2: Approximately 6 hours per day Month 3: Approximately 7–8 hours per day (depending on business needs) Key Responsibilities Source high-quality leads using sales prospecting tools and databases. Research and identify potential customers. Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria. Conduct initial outreach and intake conversations. Maintain accurate lead information within the CRM. Manage and update the sales pipeline. Build positive relationships with prospective customers. Collaborate with the team to improve lead generation strategies. Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets. Previous experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or SDR/BDR roles. Hands-on experience using sales prospecting platforms such as Apollo.io, Seamless.AI, or similar lead generation software. Experience working with CRM systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong research and organizational skills. Confident, proactive, and self-motivated. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software. Professional appearance and presentation during video meetings. High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
