Role Overview We are looking for a Lead Generator with previous gaming sales experience to support our Commercial team by researching, identifying and qualifying online casino operators and brands that do not currently offer our games. This is an junior-level role combining lead generation, online research, sales support and administration. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a sales, business development or lead-generation environment and is comfortable researching potential customers, identifying relevant contacts and maintaining accurate sales data. Key Responsibilities Research online casino operators and brands across different markets. Identify potential operators that are not currently live with our games. Research and identify relevant decision-makers and commercial contacts within target organisations. Find, verify and record relevant company and contact information. Assess and qualify potential leads based on agreed criteria. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of potential leads. Check leads to avoid duplication and confirm their commercial relevance. Share qualified leads with the Commercial team for follow-up. Track the status and progress of identified leads and opportunities. Work towards agreed lead-generation and commercial targets. Provide regular updates on lead-generation activity and results. Requirements Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation or a similar commercial role is required. Experience researching and identifying potential customers or business opportunities. Good online research skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organisational and administrative skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Good written and spoken English (C1 level). Russian language skills would be an advantage. Ability to work independently and meet agreed targets. Comfortable working in a target-driven commercial environment. An interest in or basic understanding of the iGaming industry would be an advantage. Success Measures Number of relevant and qualified new leads identified. Accuracy and completeness of lead and contact information. Consistent maintenance of the lead database. Achievement of agreed lead-generation targets. Number of identified leads progressing into active commercial opportunities. Number of generated opportunities converting into signed operators.
