Lead Human Resources Technician
FT / PT Status – Full-Time
Benefits Eligibility – This position is eligible for a full benefits package.
Salary – $20.69 - $39.60 Hourly Wage
Remote Work / In-Office – Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Mentorship & Coaching: Guide, coach, and mentor existing staff to support professional development and performance.
- Daily Operations: Identify daily team priorities, assign tasks, and monitor workflow. Fill in where necessary.
- Quality Assurance & Auditing: Perform quality control audits, review customer survey feedback, and identify key successes, constraints and remedies.
- Functional Supervision: may functionally supervise and coordinate the daily work of team members.
Supervisory Support: Provide back-up coverage for immediate supervisor duties as needed.
Qualifications
- This is a promotional opportunity for ERIC employees only.

- Quality assurance experience.
