DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success: Develop and maintain strong working knowledge in one or more Ping Identity products, including PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingID, and PingOne, with a focus on secure access management, governance, and SSO enablement. Provide end-to-end production support for access management platforms, ensuring high availability, incident resolution, and adherence to operational SLAs and governance standards. Partner closely with engineering teams to support SSO onboarding, integration activities, and platform enhancements, while continuously building domain expertise. Demonstrate the ability to balance production support and engineering-driven initiatives, adapting to dynamic team priorities and business requirements. Participate in planned change implementations (including weekends) and provide support during disaster recovery events and critical incidents outside standard business hours. Work in a rotational shift model (Early Morning & Afternoon shifts) to ensure global coverage and operational continuity. Contribute to automation initiatives using scripting or programming. Exposure to AI/ML-driven operational improvements is an added advantage. Utilize tools such as ServiceNow for efficient incident, problem, and change management, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis. Proactively learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and security capabilities introduced within the access management ecosystem. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
