- A minimum of 12 years' progressive experience in a related field
- Technical/Vertical/Value Stream skills needed: UKG Pro Work Force Management (WFM), Timekeeping, Accruals, Timeoff, Scheduling, Leave Management, Attestation, Device/Clock configuration, Activities, DataViews, Integrations (Boomi/API), UKG Pro WFM APIs and JSON payloads, Postman, Global implementation experience; Nice to have knowledge of Oracle SQL, Pl/Sql, Vue3, NodeJS APIs, Oracle HCM Cloud, Microsoft Excel with Power Queries, ServiceNow, Agentic AI
- Functional/Technical Leadership: Ability to lead and guide multiple teams, make decisions and provide functional/systematic direction. Ability to inspire and motivate teams fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Adaptability: Capability to adapt to changing requirements, technology trends, and business needs.
- Decision-Making: Strong decision-making abilities to evaluate trade-offs and make informed choices that balance technical and business considerations across the enterprise.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about technology and its alignment with business goals, driving long-term functional/process/technical vision and planning across multiple teams/organizations/platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Capable of presenting ideas clearly and effectively and connecting with the audience to ensure there is alignment moving forward. Good follow up skills required.
- Self-Motivation: Highly responsible self-starter/team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic. This person is expected to proactively set direction towards solutions/moving forward.
- This tier includes specific domain areas, including but not limited to: Salesforce, Oracle.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $116,000 to $174,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?
The Lead Analyst uses a broad range of functional and technical skills to oversee the build-out and integration of custom WWT applications and third party vendor systems and products. This position plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our functional/technical solutions by being a thought leader and driving innovation within our organization. This employee will have a strong understanding of business process, systems, and architecture within their domain and industry. There will be a lot of collaboration with leadership, architecture, product ownership, and various delivery IT and Business Teams so a strong understanding of the overall business priorities of their organization and keeping up to date with industry trends and technology is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead WWT Core Values and Shape best practices.
- Functional Design and Development: In collaboration with other leaders, help lead and develop a clear vision and roadmap ensuring that it supports the long term strategic goals set by the Business/Architecture/IT Sr Leadership.
- Functional/Technical Leadership: In collaboration with other leaders, help shape the design and implementation of solutions that address complex business problems ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals of the business and IT organization.
- Mentorship and Collaboration: Lead by example, promoting a culture of collaboration, coaching, continuous improvement, and innovation within the organization and with external partners and technology vendors to foster functional/technical growth at scale.
- Innovation and Problem Solving: Lead the resolution of complex and high-impact IT issues that span multiple systems or departments. Anticipate potential issues and challenges before they arise.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas where current processes can be optimized or automated through innovative solutions.
- Risk Management: Evaluate and manage risks associated with implementing new technologies, features, or processes and ensure that innovative solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational policies.
