Lead IT Operating Model Architect

Designing the future of IT operations

Kryptos Technologies limited is a technology company scaling its capabilities, and this role exists to shape the foundational IT operating model that supports our next phase of growth. Operating on a 6-month freelance contract at 40 hours per week in a hybrid setup based in Madrid, you will take ownership of structuring how our technical teams deliver value and scale their operations.

Your responsibilities

• Define and implement the target IT operating model aligned with business objectives.

• Partner with leadership to evaluate current capabilities, identify gaps, and design scalable organizational and process structures.

• Establish governance frameworks, service delivery models, and operational metrics across technology functions.

What we are looking for

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing IT operating models within technology environments.

• Strong background in enterprise architecture, process optimization, and organizational design.

• Ability to collaborate across technical and business stakeholder groups.

In your initial months, you will have mapped the existing IT landscape, engaged with internal stakeholders to pinpoint structural bottlenecks, and delivered the core architecture for the new operating model.
